WELCOME TO THE BARRETT LOFT IN DOWNTOWN ROSEMARY BEACH!
Thanks for choosing the Barrett Loft in Rosemary Beach. The address is 34 N. Barrett Square, 3C, Rosemary Beach Florida, 32461. This top corner Loft looks out over the Town Center of Rosemary Beach and affords guests a view of the Gulf as well a chance to monitor activities in the heart of the community. We hope your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
This information sheet covers frequent guest questions and provides information about the operation of the Loft and the community.
Arrival/Departure:
Guests may arrive anytime after 4:00 pm (if the unit has been occupied the previous week) and should check out by 10:00 AM on the final day of their stay to allow for housekeeping to prepare for the next guest. At the end of your stay, please load and run the dishwasher, remove the trash, lock up and mail the keys back in the postage paid mailer. Hope your visit is terrific!
Deposit and advance payment:
With a reservation for the Loft, a 50% deposit is due. The balance of the rental is due within 2 weeks of arrival. Keys will be provided with a return mailer upon receipt of the full payment. A charge for lost keys will be assessed at $25 per set for unreturned keys.
Keys/access:
One key will open the front and rear doors of the building (located at the north end of the building). The other will open the door to the unit. (From the elevator, walk to the South end of the building and turn right.) Outside the front door of the building, an intercom telephone will send a tone to a handset inside the Loft. If you pick up inside the Loft, press the button and the latch on the downstairs door will release.
Laundry
The Loft is equipped with a stack washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are included for your stay. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Detergent is stored in the laundry closet.
Parking:
There is one space available on the back of the building. If you have more than one vehicle, please park in front of the building, around the Town Center, or in the overflow parking next to the Tennis Courts.
Pets/Smoking:
The Loft is a smoke free and pet free environment. Pets cannot be accepted for the unit. Thanks for your understanding.
Swimming and Pool Access:
There are 4 community pools at Rosemary Beach including the heated Sky Pool. They are available for homeowners and their guests, subject to normal operating hours. The beach is only a few minutes from the Loft. There are outdoor showers at the dune walkovers as well as at the rear of the loft building.
Telephone:
Local service is provided and long distance has been blocked but toll free calls (800, 877, 866) can be made. Please use your calling card or a credit card for other calls outside the local area. (You can use 800 CALL-ATT or 800 BELLSOUTH).
Internet Access:
High speed wireless DSL service is now available in the Loft provided through Sprint. Bring your equipment and enjoy internet access from your spacious balcony or anywhere in the Loft!
Trash:
There is a dumpster at the rear of the building. In the Loft, the trashcan is located to the right of the dishwasher & trash bags are kept under the kitchen sink. Please take the trash out at your departure – Thanks!
Umbrella and Chair Rental:
Chris Webb of Sea Oats Beach service will be glad to accommodate your needs for beach service (umbrellas, hammocks, beach chairs, kayaks, sailboats. He can be reached at (877) 207 0460.
Cancellations:
In the event that, for any reason, you are unable to occupy the property during the period you have reserved, we will make every attempt to re-rent the Loft. Any rental we are able to obtain during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an administrative fee of twenty percent of the total rental (minimum $100) for re-renting. _________________________________________________________________________________________
